Join WoWSunTours new initiative Fitness, Foraging, Farm to Fork (FFFF), is a truly inspired idea and one which we feel is both topical and appropriate to current sustainable ideologies.

Our FFFF week focuses on good living, whilst incorporating all the other more laid back elements of our standard Tuscan holiday. With an emphasis on fitness, each day’s activity, after a light breakfast, will start in the grounds of your charming agriturismo accommodation, with an hour or so of formal functional training, encompassing breathing, yoga, pilates and stretching.

Our FFFF weeks aim to take the naturally occurring agricultural cycle of the Tuscan landscape to offer an all round Well-being Week, with your body renewed through exercise, outdoor air and sunshine, and organically sourced food, cooked to perfection by either your personal chef or in specifically chosen local restaurants.

Booking: £299.00 is required to reserve your tour space. The balance is payable 10 weeks before your arrival date.

Tourist Tax: Max £2.50 pp per night. Payable in cash directly to the Villa before checkout.
